Can’t see the claim forms? |

Please turn off your browser’s Pop-up Blocker. If you are using Internet Explorer, the Pop-up Blocker can be disabled by scrolling through the “Tools” menu and selecting “Turn off Pop-up Blocker.” We recommend using Internet Explorer to access MNeConnect. |

Will you be submitting claims for multiple providers? |

Then you must assign those providers to your account by clicking on the “Account Admin” tab from the top menu, and then clicking on the “Providers” link. Providers can be added by clicking on the “Create Provider” link, which is located on the right side of the screen. |

Will you be submitting claims for services rendered at multiple facilities? |

Then you must assign those facilities to your account by clicking on the “Account Admin” tab from the top menu and then clicking on the “Service Facilities” link. Service Facilities can be added by clicking on the “Create Service Facility” link, which is located on the right side of the screen. |

You added a claim. Now what happens? |

Once a user clicks the “Add Claim” button, IGI submits the claim to the payer. This process does not occur in real-time; users can check the status of a claim by clicking on the “Reports” tab. Common status messages are: “Accepted/Submitted” and “To be Submitted.” |

When will claims be submitted to payers? |
|

Claims submission for some payers begins on July 15. Users can log in before then to manage their accounts, and also enter claims information. |
